The Mettler Sonic*Tool (#7402) combines both IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and Therapeutic Ultrasound in one unique handheld instrument.

When combined with the 5 cm2 applicator, the Sonic*Tool helps increase circulation, range of motion, and even reduce pain via ultrasound and IASTM implementation. The outside edge of the Sonic*Tool can scan, and then angling the tool will improve the manual therapy.
The Sonic*Tool can be used with just the ultrasound applicator or combined with the Sonicator 740T or 740xT Ultrasound. The ultrasound and in-vitro cavitation create a thermal effect that improves the outcome of treatment sessions.
