When we first developed the Stretch Out Strap® in 1993, we knew that athletes and health professionals would love it, but we were blown away when the rest of the world discovered how much better it helps them stretch.
We’ve been making it the same way ever since, right here in Minnesota. Every element of the original design was precisely selected, from the placement and size of the loops to the strong bar-tack stitching, to the nylon webbing that grips the body.

The Original Stretch Out Strap® delivers the benefits of assisted stretching without a partner. This durable, woven stretching strap features multiple loops that permit deep, gradual stretching of major muscle groups with greater safety, control and effectiveness than is possible unaided. Perform contract-relax stretching, a form of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, which involves contracting and then relaxing the muscle, versus trying to force the muscle to stretch too quickly. This provides a safer and more effective stretch.
