Xiao Yao San is the predecessor of the Jia Wei Xiao Yao San formula, and it was developed around one thousand years ago. This formula aims to soothe the liver, boost the energy of the blood and spleen, and harmonize the stomach, in order to correct a deficiency in the blood and spleen and allow the liver qi to flow.

Bupleurum root (chai hu), Dong quai root (dang gui),Baked Chinese peony root without bark (zhi bai shao), Baked Bai-zhu atractylodes rhizome (chao bai zhu),Poria sclerotium (fu ling), Baked Chinese licorice root & rhizome (zhi gan cao), Chinese mint aboveground parts (bo he), Dried ginger rhizome (gan jiang)
Other ingredients: gelatin capsules, microcrystalline cellulose, non-gmo corn starch
