Designed as a package of accessories to the Web-Slide Exercise Rail, this Professional Equipment Assortment offers the exercise devices most used in professional settings such as clinics, physical therapy and medical facilities. Simple to install and simple to use, the Web-Slide is a terrific addition to any fitness program. This kit of accessories offers everything needed for varied, progressive workouts that let users advance at their own pace. The heart of the package is the set of 10 ExerBand Exercise Tubes with handles. Five of the tubes are 6' Bilateral Tubes featuring one in each resistance level. The other 5 are 3' Unilateral Tubes, also in each resistance level. There's also a Home Ranger Shoulder Pulley which is ideal for upper-body and range-of-motion exercises and an Extremity Strap which safely and comfortably anchors tubing to the ankle, wrist, arm or thigh. Please note, this is a set of 10 ExerBand Tubes, the Shoulder Pulley and the Extremity Strap only. The Web-Slide Exercise Rail and other accessories are available separately. So versatile, every piece in this package not only works with the Web-Slide Exercise Rail system but they will also work in any standard door. Relocating to a higher or lower anchor point changes the difficulty and effectiveness of the exercise being performed. The five resistance levels of the tubing include one each of Yellow-thin, Red-medium, Green-heavy, Blue-ex-heavy and Black-special heavy. Tubing, pulley and strap can all be used standing or sitting, allowing users to focus their work on the upper or lower body and target specific areas. Tubing colors/resistances can be combined to create custom resistances.
