Pain in joints due to arthritis. Guiding symptoms are: pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion.
Suggested Dosage: 2-3 capsules 2-3 times daily between meals.
Note: A loading dose is important in a formula like this. Start with 3 capsules 3 times per day for 30 days. Then take 2 capsules 2-3 times per day. If flair-up occurs, go back to the loading dosage for a week or so.
