This classical formula helps with fatigue, forgetfulness, insomnia or dream disturbed sleep, a reduced appetite, excessive rumination, anxiety, worrying, a feeling of heavy limbs, or feeling tired after eating. If you stick out your tongue and it’s, pale or peachy, and has teeth marks along the sides, this is a good formula for you.
Chinese medicine actions: augments the qi, supplements the blood, strengthens the spleen, nourishes the heart and calms the spirit
Contraindications: If you have symptoms of heat, such as feeling hot, night sweats, a red tongue with little or no coating, this is not the formula for you.
If you are taking this formula and you come down with a cold, stop taking it. It is a supplementing formula that could also strengthen your cold, thus slowing your recovery.
Suggested Use: Take one capsule twice daily, apart from food by at least 30 minutes.
