The Herrington-480™ Manual Drop Chiropractic Table combines precision drop technology with a PowerLift height system operated by a convenient foot pedal.
Its four-zone drop mechanisms—thoracic, lumbar, pelvic, and cervical—feature adjustable tension for smooth, accurate spinal manipulation.The table also integrates manual lumbar traction, vertical and lateral flexion, and a pneumatic flippable headpiece for full-range chiropractic therapy.
Built on a sturdy medical-grade metal frame, the Herrington offers excellent stability and durability for daily clinical use.
Powerlift Height Adjustment
Adjust your table to the ideal height with foot pedal. The table has an elevation range of 23"-41.7"/59cm-106cm, is rated to 200 kg. (440 lbs.)
Smooth Vertical Flexion-Down to 40°
The Herrington-480 allows smooth downward vertical flexion up to 40°, assisted by a pneumatic spring that can be locked at any position for controlled and stable lumbar flexion therapy.
Upward Lumbar Flexion up to 22°
Allows controlled upward lumbar flexion up to 22°, supporting precise positioning for targeted flexion-based chiropractic techniques.
Manual Lumbar Lateral Flexion Treatment (±18°)
Provides manual lateral lumbar flexion up to 18° to either side, allowing precise side-bending adjustments. The mechanism locks securely when not in use for added stability.

The headpiece upper layer can flip up 0°-30° in reverse direction, supported by pneumatic pump.
Height-Adjustable & Rotatable Front Armrests
Herrington features front armrests with 0–20 cm height adjustment and outward rotation up to 180° to open the workspace for easier arm positioning and treatment access.
Manual Lumbar & Headpiece Traction
Herrington integrates manual lumbar traction (0–8 cm) and manual headpiece traction (0–6.5 cm) to deliver smooth, controlled decompression along the spine—helping mobilize the lumbar and cervical regions for targeted stretching and relaxation.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include:

- Serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if requested

- Unauthorized returns or repairs will not be accepted or reimbursed.
