Self-care begins with these essential items for rolling out tight muscles and providing regenerative massage to help relieve pain and achieve balance. Developed by fascia and alignment expert, Lauren Roxburgh (Lo Rox), the kit includes a Mini Infinity Roll, a pair of Domes, and a Body Sphere.
This small, portable roller has a unique shape and softer, more cushion-like foam ideal for gently rolling deeper into tissues and muscles to relieve pain, improve posture and decompress joints. The roller can be used to relieve soreness in the feet, lower back, shoulder blades, neck, head, chest, rotator cuffs, triceps, forearms, hands, calves and more.
Sold as a pair, the Lo Rox™ Domes can be used as a prop while performing a variety of balance and alignment exercises, using the dome side up or down to modify the level of challenge. They can also be used for self-massage techniques, providing a rejuvenating sensory experience.
One side is pebbled to stimulate the nerves and help increase blood circulation, and the other side features a smooth, even bottom for greater stability.
The Body Sphere is designed to use for exercises to help build strength, improve posture, release stress, and improve core resilience, especially in your all-important pelvic floor—an area many people lose connection to with age.
