
Invented by certified Pilates teacher and Balanced Body Master Instructor, Viktor Uygan, the Konnections® Band is ideal for enhancing Pilates mat practice or for similar exercises to promote full-body awareness, enhance proprioception, and improve movement quality, strength and flexibility.


Each end of the Konnections Band features double loops for secure limb attachment. The soft loops connect to hands or feet without knots or wrapping. The consistent, comfortable loops don’t dig in or slide off. The loops offer multi-position versatility for exercises performed in standing, supine, kneeling, seated or side-lying positions.

The Konnections Band includes an insert with exercises for upper body, lower body, the anterior chain, posterior chain and lateral chain. Scan the QR code on the box for introductory videos showing how to get started safely and confidently. These videos include sample sequences and movement flows for standing, kneeling, side-lying, seated, supine and quadruped. They also include examples for integrating the band in various training styles.
