There is a permanently attached transparent sliding amplitude control cover for safety, and a single permanently attached sliding cover for both operation modes and battery (no more lost covers!). Comes with belt clip (attached horizontally for greater comfort), 2 lead wires, 4 square electrodes (2"x2"), battery, instruction manual and carrying case.
