Ingredients and their function:
• Gui Zhi - warms the body
• Hong Zao - promotes energy

Instructions
• Tea: Pour 8oz of boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 6 minutes or more and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
• Strong Tea: Place one tea bag in pot with 12oz water and bring to a boil. Simmer until 6oz remain and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
• Soup/Bone Broth: Simmer 2-3 tea bags in 8 cups of liquid for 30 minutes or more.
