Spur Spot is located where the plantar fascia attaches to the calcaneus for extra relief. WARNINGS Increase wearing time gradually. Do not place product on an open wound. If irritation or discomfort worsen, discontinue use. DIRECTIONS Place pad flat side down, snugly against the heel of the shoe.
CARE Hand wash. Air dry completely. Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
