The independently moving handles provide progressive resistance via the sliding pulley assembly. From a standing upright row to a squat to single arm press with rotation, the swiveling pulleys and extensive cable travel lets users move freely through nearly any movement pattern. The swivel pulley design combined with the extensive cable travel allows users a wide, fluid range of motion. Handles move independently for single and alternating arm exercises. With no required adjustments, users can simply walk up, grab the handles and start moving. Cable length allows for full flexion and extension. Single arm: 58 in / 147 cm, two arms: 42 in / 106.6 cm. Large, 16-gauge, stainless steel kick plates protect the machine from wear and tear.
