The CanDo Balance Board is perfect for balance and coordination training. Offering a multi-vestibular board and 5 different color-coded instability balls to choose from. The platform stability can be altered creating various difficulty levels depending on your experience level. The board can be used either as a wobble board, if 1 ball is inserted into the center position, or rocker board, if 2 balls are inserted into opposing side positions. One ball can also be positioned off center to aid in range of movement and stretching activities. You can use the board to strengthen and condition the lower back, improve ankle range of motion, balance, body awareness and develop joint mobility and reaction skills. The board is durable, heavy-duty and non-skid yet lightweight and compact for portability. It also has handles/slots to add band or tubing for a more intensive workout session. This set includes the 20" diameter board and a pair of yellow instability balls. These are the widest instability balls on offer, making them extremely easy to balance on.
