Starting with freshly harvested young and tender leaves, Prince of Peace lightly pan-fries and dries its Organic Green Tea, giving it its great taste and a darker color. Known for its antioxdant properties, green tea provides many natural health benefits. A typical cup of Green Tea has 20-30mg of caffeine; a cup of coffee ranges from 100-180mg.
Brewing Directions: Place one tea bag in a 6 fl. oz. cup, add hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste.
