Easily heat or cool the Arctic Flex gel packs for customizable hot or cold therapy to relieve painful headaches. The full head wrap includes four latex-free ice packs, each filled with a unique gel that remains flexible when frozen to contour to the shape of the head for targeted relief.
Adjustable Wrap
Designed to rest above or below the eyes with 360° coverage, the full head ice wrap fits head circumference up to 30” to comfortably fit most adults. A small opening in the back that reduces bulkiness when fitted on smaller heads and also accommodated ponytails and braids. The soft head ice wrap is easily secured in place with a strong fastener material for a comfortable, flexible fit.
Machine Washable Comfort Blend
Constructed with a soft lining and a sturdy neoprene blend exterior, the full head ice wrap cover features multiple pockets for securing each of the four gel packs to prevent direct contact with the skin. The comfortable wrap is machine washable for easy cleaning as needed.

Uses:
Provides up to 30 minutes of heat or cold therapy for relief from migraines, headaches, sinuses, muscle pain, toothaches and bruises
Reduces inflammation and swelling following dental work, surgery or injury.
Care:
Remove gel packs, wipe them down with a dry cloth.
Machine wash cover with cold water and mild soap.
Hang dry (the cover can be hand washed as well)
How To Use For Cold Therapy:
Place the Arctic Flex gel packs in the freezer or refrigerate on a flat surface for a minimum of two hours
Secure the frozen gel packs in the full head ice wrap pockets
How to Use for Heat Therapy:
Place a single pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate. The gel pack may be folded in half to fit in smaller microwaves
Heat at full power in 5-second intervals
Remove the gel pack carefully from the microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check for the desired temperature
To reheat, place the gel pack back in the microwave at 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached
Secure the heated gel packs in the full head ice wrap pockets
