WARNINGSIf you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your doctor before use. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional pain occur, discontinue use immediately. Non-sterile. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. If symptoms persist, visit a Healthcare Professional.
DIRECTIONSPosition pads with curved edge against the heel and flat, adhesive side down in shoe. Carefully scissor trim to fit if necessary. Peel off backing and press firmly into position. Place under or on top of insoles, whichever is most comfortable. Keep dry to extend lifespan of product.
