Wrap a soft measuring tape around your elbow (Size 1: 22 to 24 cm, Size 2: 24 to 26 cm, Size 3: 26 to 28 cm, Size 4: 28 to 32 cm, Size 5: 32 to 36 cm). The brace can be worn on either the RIGHT or LEFT arm.
