The Isoforce Outrigger by Orfit is designed to help with orthosis by optimizing the treatment of contractures at the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint. This highly aesthetic and minimal movement restricting solution is great for treating all PIP contractures. It is especially effective for orthosis above a 30-degree angle. The Isoforce outrigger can maintain both constant force transmission and force application angle throughout entire range of motion of the finger. Use it for dynamic orthosis with Orficast Thermoplastic on a roll or static progressive orthosis with Orfit Sheet Material. The size of the Isoforce is based on the circumference of proximal interphalangeal joint. The small size fits a circumference of 1.75" to 2.25" (4 cm to 5.5 cm).
