The Multi Fly/Delt Fitness Station is a fantastic addition to any gym, facility or home workout studio. It's been designed to place exercise emphasis on the pectoralis (chest) and rear deltoid (back of shoulders) muscle groups. Coming standard with a 200 lb. weight stack, which can be upgraded in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs., this unit features 1" shafts and ABEC rated ball bearings at the exercise pivots to ensure smooth movement. Perfect for busy multi-user environments, this compact unit has a small footprint of only 45" x 61". Filled with tons of features that raise this unit from ordinary to extraordinary, the station has non-absorbent closed cell foam grips, aluminum grip caps to prevent wear, easy-to-understand exercise guides and placards and cast steel weight plates. Foam contoured seat and back pads with sewn vinyl covers offer comfort and lumbar support. It also includes steel shrouds that are powder and clear coated which provide a mar-resistant lustrous finish. To adjust the starting positions of the exercise arms, users should pull down on the small, yellow know on the upper portion of each arm and swivel to the desired position. Dual ten-position cams offer routines for varying ranges-of-motion. Features long-pivoting arms to help ensure a proper fit. Seat can be adjusted to five different heights.
