This IV Pole-Heavy Duty Infusion Pump Stand allows patients to remain safely connected to vital medical equipment as well as medicine. Height adjustable to accommodate patients standing, walking, sitting or lying down, four detachable ram's horn hooks with plastic tips allow for multiple items to be connected and delivered at the same time. Suitable for patient rooms as well as operating rooms, this sturdy stand can support up to 65 lbs. It holds IV fluid packs just as easily as infusion pumps, ventilators, patient monitors, suction units and other equipment. The pole is stainless steel for strength and durability, featuring an extra rigid, pole-in-tube mounting system. The 6-leg, 23" base is made of powder-coated, ultra-heavy, tip resistant steel for unmatched stability. The 4" rubber wheel, ball bearing casters allow for easy maneuverability across the room or from room-to-room. Please note, the stand is shipped in two boxes, so some light assembly is required. The stand is height adjustable from 60"-100". The bent, low center-of-gravity base increases stability and reduces the risk of the pole tipping. Single, ergonomic knob allows for easy height adjustment. The six casters move the pole smoothly over most surfaces including tile, rugs and carpeting. Because the unit is stainless steel, it is NOT MRI compatible.
