This replacement kit is for the ACLS and LACLS Committee approved Large Allen Cognitive Level Screen-5. Includes 1 shoelace to replace the Running Stitch Task and 120" lace to replace Whipstitch and/or the Single Cordovan Stitch Tasks a total of 4 times.
