Combination kit containing both Official "ACLS and LACLS Committee approved" ACLS and LACLS assessment tools. These are used to measure an individual's global cognitive processing capacities, learning potential, and performance abilities. The LACLS assessment tool is the same as the ACLS tools, but larger for those with vision or hand function problems. Test and screen scoring as per Manual for ACLS-5 and LACLS-5 (Not included). Materials in each package include 1 standardized ACLS leather tool, 1 standardized LACLS leather tool ,1 large eye steel needle, 2 Perma-Lok needles, 1 shoelace, 72" waxed linen thread 60" of 3/32" wide leather lace and 60" of 3/16" wide leather lace. These included accessories allow for the Running Stitch task and the Whipstitch and Single Cordovan Stitch tasks. ACLS and LACLS tests are also used to detect unrecognized or suspected problems related to functional cognition. The steel and brass needles are easy to clean and ideal for multi-use environments. Please note: the leather lacing in this product contains natural rubber Latex.
