What if my foot is between sizes?
If your foot falls between two of our IFAST sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, unless you have narrow ankles
When should I choose the IFAST instead of the XFAST?
If you are wearing hard-court shoes, choose IFAST. If your cleats are high-top or mid-top, choose IFAST.
What if I have wide feet or ankles?
If you have wide feet or ankles, move up one IFAST size.
