The Absolute™ 3D Flexion Distraction Chiropractic Table is designed for advanced spinal treatment and professional manual therapy applications.
It integrates electric height and inclination control, 3D thoracic and lumbar flexion–distraction, 3D rotational motion, cervical and lumbar traction, and manual drop functions, enabling precise, multi-plane adjustments across a wide range of clinical techniques.

*Powerlift Height Adjustment
Adjust your table to the ideal height with the tap of a footswitch. The table has an elevation range of 24"-48"/60cm-122cm, is rated to 200 kg. (440 lbs.)
* 52° Assisted Tilt Entry
Using dual foot control pedals on both sides of the table, the Absolute chiropractic table can smoothly tilt up to 52°, allowing patients to step on and off with ease. This assisted incline improves accessibility, reduces physical strain, and enhances overall patient comfort during entry and exit.
*12° Forward Tilt for Lumbar Flexion Training
With foot control pedals positioned on both sides of the table, the Absolute chiropractic table enables a smooth 12° forward tilt, allowing practitioners to perform controlled lumbar flexion training with improved access, precision, and ergonomic comfort.
*Smooth Vertical Flexion – Down to 35°
The Absolute table allows smooth downward vertical flexion up to 35°, assisted by a pneumatic spring that can be locked at any position for controlled and stable lumbar flexion therapy.
*Upward Lumbar Flexion up to 15°
Allows controlled upward lumbar flexion up to 15°, supporting precise positioning for targeted flexion-based chiropractic techniques.
Manual Lumbar Lateral Flexion (±18°)
Provides manual lateral lumbar flexion up to 18° to either side, allowing precise side-bending adjustments. The mechanism locks securely when not in use for added stability.
*Axial Rotation (±23°) — Any-Position Lock
The pelvic section provides axial rotation about the table’s longitudinal centerline, delivering up to ±23° of controlled left/right rotation. Rotation can be engaged at any flexion position and locked securely at the desired angle for stable, repeatable mobilization.
*Flippable Headpiece
The headpiece upper layer can flip up 0°-40° in reverse direction, supported by pneumatic pump.
*Tilting Adjustable Headpiece
The Absolute features a -40°~27° comfortable and easily pneumatic adjustable tilting headpiece.
*Headpiece Lateral Flexion (±18°) — Manual Control
The Absolute headpiece supports manual lateral flexion up to ±18°, allowing controlled left/right side-bending of the cervical section for precise mobilization and patient positioning. The motion is smooth and stable, and can be held/locked at the selected angle when needed.
*Thoracic Section Lateral Flexion (±18°) — Manual Control
The Absolute’s thoracic section provides manual lateral flexion up to ±18°, enabling controlled left/right side-bending through the mid-spine for precise mobilization and positioning. The movement is smooth and stable, and can be held/locked at the selected angle when required for consistent treatment.
*Pneumatic Thoracic Vertical Flexion (−18° to 0°)
The Absolute’s thoracic section offers smooth pneumatic-assisted vertical flexion from 0° down to −18°, allowing precise segmental positioning and gentle decompression/mobilization. The pneumatic support helps control the drop and return, and can be held/locked at the desired angle for stable treatment.
*Manual Lumbar Traction (0–8 cm)
Absolute features a manual lumbar traction system with an integrated guide rail, delivering smooth, controlled 0–8 cm (3 inch) decompression. The guided travel helps maintain stable alignment and consistent traction feel for precise lumbar mobilization.
Manual Headpiece Traction (0–6.5 cm)
Absolute includes a manual headpiece traction mechanism with up to 0–6.5 cm of guided travel, allowing practitioners to apply smooth, controlled cervical distraction. It helps mobilize the neck and upper spine, easing tension and supporting deep relaxation during treatment.
Height-Adjustable & Rotatable Armrests
Absolute features front armrests with 0–20 cm height adjustment and outward rotation up to 180° to open the workspace for easier arm positioning and treatment access. The padded armrest tops also freely rotate 360°, allowing natural wrist/forearm alignment and smoother patient comfort during repositioning.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include:

- Serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if requested

- Unauthorized returns or repairs will not be accepted or reimbursed.
MT Chiropractic reserves the right to provide replacement parts, repair instructions, or technical support without requiring product return.
