Training at home, clinic, or in the office is made easy with the EZ Cinch Anchor. This anchor is 16" in length, with a d-ring on one end and a nylon loop on the other end. To use, wrap the cinch anchor around the post, then slide the D-ring through the loop to secure and pull tight. Adjust to the height you want your resistance bands to hang from. Compatible with all Iron Neck equipment.
