Durability and versatility are the keywords when discussing the Vanguard Training System from Inflight Fitness. Rugged and reliable, the Vanguard is a fantastic addition to any gym, hotel, corporate fitness center, hotel gym or other commercial facility. Three stacks and four stations make this a fantastic system for a multi-user environment. So versatile, it allows users to go from one cable-assisted exercise to the next by just changing stations AND the Vanguard can have three users working on it simultaneously. The four stations and the adjustable pulley system allows users to target multiple muscle groups. The totality of the unit provides for a wide variety of arm, leg, upper body, lower body and core exercises. To just scratch the surface, this would include lat pulls and pushdowns on one station, leg extensions and curls at another, bicep curls and low rows at the third and a multitude of functional exercises at the last. The device comes standard with 3 (three) 150 lb. weight stacks with each eligible to be upgraded in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs. The seats are padded with premium upholstery featuring sewn vinyl covers for ultimate durability. The contoured seat and back pads offer lumbar support and maximum comfort. The easy to use ratchet adjustment system lets users position the seats for height and comfort. This unit also features commercial rated 1" shafts and 1" pillow block bearings on the press arm to ensure smooth movement. Perfect for busy multi-user environments, this compact unit has a footprint of only 80" x 114". It also offers cast steel weight plates, ╝" dia. 4000 lb. military-spec cable and 4.5" and 6" pulleys for rugged durability and quiet operation. Includes full steel shrouds that are powder and clear coated, providing a mar-resistant lustrous finish. The cable column offers 17 height adjustments and a 2:1 cable ratio.
