Built with the same high quality quiet magnetic resistance system as our Cascade bikes, the Compass lets you increase or decrease resistance at the touch of a button or select from 14 different exercise programs. The console displays speed, RPM, time, distance, HR, calories, level and watts. The comfortable 4-way adjustable seat can move up/down and fore/aft for a better fit or use your personal seat. The non-slip PVC coated handlebars adjust also up/down and fore/aft. Bluetooth enabled.
