This is a 6-yard roll of the Blue (Heavy) Band. Exercise bands are effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. Made with Tear-Stop technology for reduced puncture and "snap" breakage. The rolls have a core that fits most dispenser racks. The width is uniform across the bands at 5" wide. Bands are available in 8 levels of resistance for progressive exercise.
