This DVD features Functional Training expert Frank Th÷mmes as he leads viewers through back and physiotherapy training using the Airex mats. As Airex mats are a unique training tool and program, they have a unique training concept. The total approach to training incorporates the entire body. Starting with the functional relationships of anatomy, training and exercises focus on a number of areas including the musculature that holds the body upright (extensors), the resistance musculature (core) and user flexibility.
