WARNINGSIf you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your doctor before use. If numbness, discomfort, redness or irritation occur, discontinue use immediately.
DIRECTIONSChoose the appropriate sized insole. For ideal fit, remove an existing insole from your favorite shoes, trace, then carefully scissor trim your Lateral Wedge Insoles to the exact same size as your existing shoe insole — toe, heel or width. If trimming these narrower, be sure to trim the thinner edge, not the thicker side. Insert insoles into footwear, fabric side up (fabric side down to limit pronation).
CAREHand wash gently in soapy water. Towel pat dry, then air dry completely. Do not squeeze or wring. 1/4", 3-degree forefoot and rearfoot Valgus post. Durable Nylon top cover. Poron® middle layer, Polyurethan base. Latex-free.
