Suggested Use: 1. Carefully clean skin thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol, removing natural oils and ensuring proper adhesion. 2. Identify points of treatment by referencing included ear maps. 3. Using the provided ear seed spoon tool, carefully lift the edge of the clear adhesive. 4. Hover over the desired area of application. 5. Firmly press down with your finger to adhere. 6. Seeds may be stimulated by gently massaging in a circular motion. 7. Seeds may be worn for a maximum of 3-5 days or removed at any time based on individual comfort.
Removal: 1. Tilt head and gently peel the adhesive off of the ear. 2. Wash ear with warm water to remove remnants of the adhesive. 3. Allow a few days for dents, redness, and irritation on the ears to heal.
