Legs on Edge® is a formula designed to help support the easing of mild muscle cramps and tension typically found in the extremities and predominantly in the night-time or after periods of physical exertion. Legs on Edge® is based on a combination of electrolytes, vitamins and herbs which have been shown to support normal neural function to prevent cramping or tension.‡
Calcium, magnesium, and potassium are minerals which are electrolytes and important to maintaining normal muscle contractions. Iron also has been shown to play an important role.‡
Folic acid is included as folate deficiency has been shown to play a role in healthy muscle contractions. Horse chestnut extract is provided for its support of healthy blood flow and veins, which helps to transport oxygen and electrolytes to the extremities.‡
