How to Put on the Posture Corrector:
Place each arm through a loop just like a backpack. The vertical corrector column should be flat on the middle of your back.
Ensure all straps are flat and the padding is against your front shoulder blades.
Reach back and pull the velcro straps forward.
Secure each strap to the front padded straps. Tighten as needed.
