Description

Memories™ with Seanol®-P is formulated by Progressive Laboratories’ Medical Director, Mitchell A. Fleisher, M.D. and specially designed as a potent nutritional support for brain, memory and mental function, particularly in aging patients.‡

Key ingredients in the formula include:

• N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, which serves as an acetyl donor, supporting healthy levels of acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter.‡
• The Ayurvedic herb, Bacopa, which has been used for centuries to support the nervous system, enhance cognitive ability, and sharpen memory.  Bacopin®, the
  trademarked brand of Bacopa used in Memories™ with Seanol®-P has 6 clinical, and 5 pre-clinical studies regarding cognitive health.‡
• Alpha-glycerophosphocholine (Alpha-GPC or α-GPC) is a cholinergic compound that is used for its cognitive-promoting properties.‡
• DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) is an organic compound that is naturally produced in the human brain as well as being found in food sources like fish (anchovies, salmon, and sardines).  It is a nootropic (compound that enhances memory) and crosses the blood-brain barrier easily.‡
• Phosphatidyl Serine has been widely studied as a cognitive health ingredient.  Numerous studies have shown that phosphatidyl serine helps improve brain functions that decline with age.  Specifically, PS has been shown to improve memory retention and support mental concentration.  Furthermore, PS is the only
  cognitive health ingredient for which the FDA permits use of a qualified health claim.‡
• Seanol®-P contains powerful antioxidants and is shown to have the added advantage of being able to pass through the blood-brain barrier, thereby helping to support overall memory and mental clarity.‡
• Vinpocetine is derived from the periwinkle plant and has a track record of usage in maintaining and supporting brain health and cognition, and has been widely used in Japan and Europe for such purposes, largely through enhancing blood flow, and therefore, delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the brain.‡
• Huperzine A is a nootropic utilized for its ability to support memory and cognition through the increase of neurotransmitters in the brain.‡
