Carefully scissor-trim both this PressureOFF™ Insole and its PegSaver™ Base to match your original shoe insole, footbed, or foot shape. Test Insole and Base in your shoe for comfort and fit. Only then gently remove the hexagonal Pegs from the Insole bottom, beneath areas targeted for offloading. Test Insole \u0026amp; Base again in shoes for comfort and offloading location accuracy. Once you’re sure that the Pegs are removed from the right spots, attach the PegSaver Base, by removing its self-adhesive liner and carefully pressing Base to bottom of Insole.
