These unique plasters are refined from natural herbs of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, and  are intended for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains in muscles and joints associated with bruises, sprains, backache, and stiff neck and shoulders. Each box contains 5 individually wrapped plasters measuring 9 cm x 12 cm and a small packet of liquid. \n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eSuggested Use:\u003c\/b\u003e Clean skin of the affected area. Remove protective film from the plaster. Pour liquid onto the pad of the plaster and apply to painful area or acupoint as directed 1-2 times daily. Plaster may be used on affected area 4-8 hours.
